    australian RICK, RICK, YOU OLD…

Waiters were important people back in the day, in the Soviet times. Life was all right; there was always a queue behind the door, money was easy to get. By the time the Euro arrived Gunn was already a grey senseless loser still standing in his bar.

And then an apprentice is appointed to him! Gunn suddenly becomes a teacher! Hell! This makes him think. How does life go and where did it all begin? Gunn also had grand plans. Dreams? Perhaps, who knows? He had a wife and even a few friends.

Actually it is clear what is important. But the apprentice is a kind kid who knows nothing about life, and has great hopes. Just like Gunn himself, a long time ago. The lesson begins…

    estonian GUNN, GUNN, VANA…

VAT Teatris esietendub Kivastiku „Gunn, Gunn, vana …”

See paneb mõtlema! Isegi juurdlema. Kuidas elu käib ja millest kõik algas? Et ka temal olid suured plaanid! Unistused?! Vist küll, aga ei mäleta. Tal oli naine ja isegi mõned sõbrad. Tollel ammusel Smokie’ ajal.

Tund algab. Elu muutub.

Loo autor ja lavastaja on Mart Kivastik, kellele see on ka esimene lavastajatöö teatris. Kunstnik on Silver Vahtre ja valguskunstnik Sander Põllu. Gunni rollis on Tõnu Oja (külalisena Eesti Draamateatrist) ja kõiki ülejäänud osi täidab Tiit Sukk (Eesti Draamateater).

    australian Võlukeeled/Magic Strings

As part of the Estonian Festival we will see performances from a violin ensemble ‘Magic Strings’, which was formed in 2012. They started with a small quartet and today play with an ensemble of 26 children aged 3-22. Children learn to play the violin by the Suzuki method.

Their repertoire allows them to explore different music genres (classical, pop, music from various countries, etc). The children in the ensemble are at various levels and enjoy the excitement and fun it offers. Each year the ensemble produces one or two different productions (a medley, operatic arias, tangos, Disney films, musicals, Phantom of the Opera, ABBA and Estonian movie musical medley).[/fusion_text][/one_half][one_half last=”yes” spacing=”yes” center_content=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” background_color=”” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”” padding=”” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” animation_type=”” animation_direction=”” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” class=”” id=””][fusion_text]

    estonian Võlukeeled/Magic Strings

Viiuldajate ansambel Võlukeeled on loodud Vanalinna Muusikakoolis 2012 aastal. Alustasime väikse kvartetina, ent tänaseks mängib ansamblis 26 last vanuses 3-22. Lapsed õpivad viiulimängu Suzuki meetodi järgi. Lisaks erialatunnile käib iga Suzuki meetodil õppiv noor muusik ansamblitundides. Nii ka meie.

    Repertuaar, mida me mängime, lubab meil tutvuda erinevate muusika žanritega (klassika, pop, erinevate rahvaste muusika). Ansamblis saavad koos  mängida  lapsed, kellel on erinev ettevalmistus. Koos mängida on põnev ning see pakub rõõmu. Meie eripäraks on, et valmistame igal aastal ühe või kaks erinevat popurriid (olemas: rahvaste popurrii, ooperiaariad, tangod, Disney filmide muusika, Ooperifantoom, ABBA. Kohe alustame eesti filmimuusika popurrii õppimist).[/fusion_text][/one_half][/fullwidth][fullwidth background_color=”” background_image=”” background_parallax=”none” enable_mobile=”no” parallax_speed=”0.3″ background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” video_url=”” video_aspect_ratio=”16:9″ video_webm=”” video_mp4=”” video_ogv=”” video_preview_image=”” overlay_color=”” overlay_opacity=”0.5″ video_mute=”yes” video_loop=”yes” fade=”no” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” padding_top=”20″ padding_bottom=”20″ padding_left=”” padding_right=”” hundred_percent=”no” equal_height_columns=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” menu_anchor=”” class=”” id=””][one_full last=”yes” spacing=”yes” center_content=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” background_color=”” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”” padding=”” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” animation_type=”” animation_direction=”” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” class=”” id=””][images picture_size=”auto” hover_type=”none” autoplay=”yes” columns=”1″ column_spacing=”” scroll_items=”” show_nav=”yes” mouse_scroll=”no” border=”yes” lightbox=”yes” class=”” id=””][image link=”” linktarget=”_self” image=”https://adelaide.eesti.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/MagicStrings6_Web.jpg” alt=”Võlukeeled/’Magic Strings’_ensemble”][image link=”” linktarget=”_self” image=”https://adelaide.eesti.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/magic_strings_5_web.jpg” alt=”Võlukeeled/’Magic Strings’”][/images][/one_full][/fullwidth][fullwidth background_color=”” background_image=”” background_parallax=”none” enable_mobile=”no” parallax_speed=”0.3″ background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” video_url=”” video_aspect_ratio=”16:9″ video_webm=”” video_mp4=”” video_ogv=”” video_preview_image=”” overlay_color=”” overlay_opacity=”0.5″ video_mute=”yes” video_loop=”yes” fade=”no” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”” padding_top=”20″ padding_bottom=”20″ padding_left=”” padding_right=”” hundred_percent=”no” equal_height_columns=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” menu_anchor=”” class=”” id=””][one_full last=”yes” spacing=”yes” center_content=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” background_color=”” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”” padding=”” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” animation_type=”” animation_direction=”” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” class=”” id=””][youtube id=”https://youtu.be/o9SCSECaDdU” width=”600″ height=”350″ autoplay=”yes” api_params=”” class=””][/youtube][/one_full][/fullwidth]
